Word Press does a good job of filtering spam from the mindless idiots who seem to think it is fun to fill up servers with utter trash. But although it falls into the void eventually, I do get a bit fed up with removing it when I go to the admin page. So I’ve turned off the comments for all new stuff post January 2011, which I hope will effectively stop the junk.
